When I went for the consultation, I feel like I talked more with the consultation manager than with the director, and I do not think I talked with the director for even 5 minutes. He was extremely confident and said that arms like mine would be difficult at other hospitals and that I had come to the right place. I did set a surgery date after the consultation, but I do not know whether I can end up with arms like the reviews on other communities..!
