Speaking from the consultation I had last year, Both the doctor and the manager were kind. But I think being kind is just the basic standard in service work^^; I didn’t actually get surgery, so I’ll just talk about the consultation. They pulled my skin by hand and predicted the line, And the director seemed positively confident about it. If it hadn’t been for the cost, I would have done it.. It was such a disappointing clinic
