Without any extra charges, the minimum area of the arm alone is 3.5 million won, but if you only do the minimum area, it feels like it's barely better than not having the surgery at all, so once you add things here and there, it gets close to 10 million... If you also need weight-based additions, I think it would go way over that. The price burden is huge, but the effect is top-notch, so I'm torn
