Because of stubborn upper-arm fat that just wouldn't go away, I looked around and went for consultations at several places :) The consultation with the doctor was just so-so... maybe they were backed up with appointments... they just gave a brief explanation about the fat area and that was it.. haha The rest was explained by the consultation director~ Anyway, I still have other consultation options left, so I think I'll look around more and decide!
