They strongly recommended that I do the full arms, upper arms, lower arms, scapula, back, and bra line to get a pretty line, so I ended up having surgery for more than the amount I had expected. I do love my arm line now, but the back, scapula, and bra-line areas they emphasized so much did not meet the same level of expectation as my arms. Maybe they removed less from the back than they should have, but satisfaction was low compared with the price of the surgery. The high price and the fact that the back area was reduced so much less than the arms was puzzling, so I took off two stars.
