This was the place where I had my first plastic surgery. Five years ago I had my first double eyelid surgery with the chief director. It was full incision, but maybe because the line was made too naturally, one side seems like it is about to come undone, and the other side is so thin it looks like an inner double eyelid, so from far away you cannot even tell I had double eyelid surgery. So a little over a year after the surgery I had an AS revision surgery. For the revision surgery they used buried sutures, and at one year it was really the double eyelid I wanted, but from year two on it was not that great.. Only the one side that had already seemed like it would come undone after the first surgery started acting up again. It is not extremely obvious, but if I open my eyes normally without thinking, they look droopy and seem like they are becoming a double fold, then about to come undone.. From the inner corner, starting at the Mongolian fold and running to the middle, there is a visible line, but from the middle to the outer side the line is blurry, so I think that is why. Honestly, the other side was done so well that it would not need another revision. I do not know whether it is a problem with my one eye, but I know there is no place that can revise only one side, and even so I would want to do it if there were. Really... And if you are getting double eyelid surgery for the first time, absolutely do not use eyelid glue or tape. I wore them for 3 years and thought, "How much could that affect double eyelid surgery?" but it did have some effect. Oh, and when I consulted, I remember the director was quite kind and the chief director was just so-so.
