I had nose surgery a month ago. The director was kind and I was tempted by functional rhinoplasty, so I had the surgery soon after. But the doctor also left to open another hospital, and they assigned another director for aftercare, but that person said they would soon go to another branch too, so the ending feels a bit awkward.
