I came for an eye consultation, but above all I did not choose this place because of the consultation manager. The consultation was not very professional, and even though I waited a long time, it was over in 5 minutes. Did I look like someone who would not have surgery? The explanation felt rather careless, and since I asked more questions than they explained, it felt like they were only giving curt answers. And normally they would write down the price on the card themselves, but even setting that aside, when I asked if they could write the price for me, they said, "There is a card in front here, so take it out and write it yourself." Then they told me they would say the price and I should write it down, and while I was writing it down I felt strangely bad.
