The wait time was way too long, and I chose an injection without steroids, but because of a staff member's mistake I got an injection with steroids. In that moment I started wondering whether I should ask for a refund, whether they'd even do it since it had already been injected, and a bunch of other things crossed my mind. They apologized, so I just let it go, but I don't think I'll come here again.
