The desk staff was unfriendly, but the consultation manager was kind. I went there thinking I wanted a specific doctor, but he was in surgery so I could not see him and consulted with another doctor instead. That doctor was incredibly thorough, carefully shaping the line and explaining everything from the surgery method to the principles. I visited 6 clinics in Seomyeon, and this was the kindest explanation I got. At the time, I had seen it on an app and really wanted to be treated by the doctor I wanted, but they told me during the consultation that it is best to meet the doctor in charge, so in the end I had the procedure somewhere else. Still, if I were to go back, I think I would choose here.
