I wanted to get an appointment quickly, but after two phone calls they said the timing did not work and it would have to be pushed to next week, so I only had a consultation with the counselor. The counselor was kind, but since I did not hear it directly from the director, my level of trust dropped a little. If I had more time, I would like to have another consultation.
