The manager kindly explained things to me very well. I also liked that she explained basic surgery methods and similar things. The director I consulted with looked a little tired, maybe because she was consulting right after finishing surgery. Still, she shaped the line well and explained things to me. It did not feel especially kind, but the line she made was the one I liked best out of all the places I consulted. I was not especially influenced by ads, so the price surprised me because it was higher than I expected. I think the surgery would turn out pretty well, but I am still hesitating.
