A friend recommended this place as being good, so I visited, but I arrived 5 minutes before my consultation time, filled out my chart, and waited, yet even after the appointment time passed they did not call me. I waited 25 minutes like that, and only then did they call me into the consultation room. I sat in the consultation room, but the director still did not come lol I waited about 20 more minutes. They kept making me wait without saying anything, not even a word about why they were late. I got angry after holding it in and just left. I thought it was only me, but other people also said they had long waits.
