Rather than feeling that the doctors were kind, they seemed quite confident. I think that made them feel trustworthy. I especially liked the eye consultation. Other clinics all talked about non-incision buried sutures as the default, but here was the first place that brought up incision surgery. But the way they recommended it made it feel like they were catching things I had not even thought of?? lol During the consultation I kept thinking, huh..?!! lololol
