The manager was kind and explained everything in great detail. I am not familiar with plastic surgery, so I could not ask many questions, but the doctor also asked if I had anything else I wanted to know and distinguished clearly between what was possible and what was not. At the very least, this feels like a hospital where they will not botch the surgery.
