I had revision double eyelid surgery for sausage-like swelling and incision scars. When I looked at the before-and-after photos on the website, they were all really dramatic, so I trusted them and went ahead with the surgery, but I did not get that kind of change. Of course, the sausage-like swelling got smaller and the scars improved somewhat compared to before the surgery, but it was clearly different from the many before-and-after photos posted on the website, and my eyes still have sausage-like swelling and scars left. And they made the double eyelid line on their own into an out-fold, so I ended up with uneven eyes. I requested several times to correct only the front part of the one eye that was severely set, but they refused, saying the surgery was too difficult, and because of that I am also stressed out by the uneven eyes. The doctor is kind, but I got the feeling that it was a kind of kindness he was acting out.
