When I asked whether a certain surgery could be carried out exactly the way I wanted, the answer was always YES. There was no detailed explanation of why such a surgery should not be done. I never heard any objective explanation of what I would have to accept if I did this surgery, or why it was risky. After the surgery, I realized something was wrong and went back to the clinic to ask for a solution through discussion, but there was no sense that they wanted to solve it. Far from solving the problem, I only observed attempts to cover it up and make it go away as if nothing had happened. At night, all they did was patch things over by calling and texting to reassure me. If the two employees at the front desk were looking at my eyes and quietly snickering, does that not mean they performed a surgery that was aesthetically awkward and clearly wrong? Because it was seriously wrong, fixing it within the golden time (within 2 weeks after surgery) was important to me, and I asked them to fix it, but nothing came of it. This surgery caused devastating damage to daily life, and I only helplessly watched the golden time to correct the problem disappear. It was an urgent and emergency situation, so later I would go there often without an appointment, maybe once every two days, and wait to be seen. I think I went in without an appointment twice. Then I received the absurd warning that if I came without an appointment, they would put me on a blacklist. Did I cause a scene or something? If they had evidence, they could check the CCTV and verify it. I never did anything like that lol When I tried to explain the problems I felt, they reacted as if I was a nuisance and were pretending to take notes. If they were only going to put on a show, I do not understand at all why they even bother with consultations. The doctor I saw seemed more like a shop owner who cared more about the presence of clinic visitors than about fixing a patient's failed surgery within the golden time lol
