When I went in, there were not many people in the plastic surgery department. There were actually more people going up to the dermatology clinic on the upper floor. I also understand they mainly do reconstructive surgery. This was the first clinic I went to for eye correction and double eyelid consultation, and they recommended eye correction and a hidden double eyelid. According to them, unlike other clinics, they alone can adjust hidden double eyelids with especially delicate control. (I do not know whether that is actually true.) They recommended the incision method and also suggested doing only a slight amount of eye correction. They also estimated the approximate eye size, saying that if you open your eyes wide using only your eyelids, that would be roughly the size after surgery. They did not recommend any canthoplasty at all (I was cautious about canthoplasty for my eyes too). In the end, I think actual surgery reviews are something you have to hear from people who received the surgery directly.
