I went in for a consultation expecting a non-open procedure. The director was busy with surgery, so I had to wait a long time! That made it feel like I spent more time talking with the manager. When the director finally came in, honestly I was more disappointed than I expected. It felt like they were just giving a rough explanation and moving on.. After the consultation, in the final talk with the manager, I felt like they were pushing reviews and pressuring me to get surgery quickly.. saying things like to hurry up and get surgery so I can show people my pretty nose and motivate them..;; Anyway, as soon as I left after the consultation, I deleted them from my list..^^
