They said they would remove all the fat, but the fat in my jaw area didn’t go down much.. At first they said it wasn’t that they had taken out too little fat, but that the muscle had sagged, so I thought the muscle was the problem and looked into lifting or laser treatments. But every other dermatology or plastic surgery clinic that does lifting or liposuction said the muscle in the middle area can’t sag like that, and that it really was that not enough fat had been removed.. When I consulted with the manager, I was clearly told it was full-face liposuction. But when I actually discussed the design with the director, they said it would only be liposuction on the outer area, not the whole face.
