I visited on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't busy and I was able to go straight into a consultation with the director doctor. The director doctor encouraged me to ask questions comfortably, and answered my questions in great detail. They explained the state of my eyes in a way that made sense and also explained the recommended surgery method, which I liked.
