It's been almost a year since my fat grafting. I did the first round with fresh fat and the second round with frozen fat. Since the clinic is famous for fat grafting, the director definitely has a good sense for it! I think the line looked best about two months after the second round. The fat retention isn't bad, but now that it's been about a year, a lot of it has definitely gone down
