The consultant kept saying that I would look pretty if I did epicanthoplasty, which felt a bit off. The consultant is not the one doing the surgery... And it was a huge hospital and there were a lot of people. The director just set the line on their own, and I did not seem to have any room to jump in, which made me sad.
