Since it was peak season, I waited 2 hours. The manager handled almost all of the consultation; I only saw the doctor for about 5 minutes. They recommended doing double-eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and eye correction together. I felt they should improve the too-long waiting time. From the reviews, it seems like the style they pursue is very clear.
