Actually, one major side effect of under-eye fat repositioning is that the eye shape changes... I guess it should be called an epicanthic fold, but it got deeper, and I remember feeling really depressed at first. Still, the area under my eyes did get a little smoother, but since the under-eye fat is gone, there's hollowing and the inner corner became sharper. I think those are side effects of under-eye fat repositioning.
