I also feel that kind of vibe a little, so I’m hesitating. If I read this, I wonder whether they’ll be kinder to patients from now on, but even before surgery they were like this, so how much would it change after? That’s always the part I worry about..

The consultation with the director was worse than I expected, and the consultation manager was trashing other hospitals way too much.
