It has been seven years, and the columella is firm and it turned out well. I do want to reduce it a bit, but for now it's okay It originally had silicone, but it was too high, so they removed it and left only the nasal tip. They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I feel like they are good with columella. I like an upturned nose, and the columella is standing firm and well.
