I got a consultation and immediately set a surgery date. First, when I went to the hospital, there were almost no people there, which was a little surprising, but I liked that it went straight to a doctor consultation without any manager consultation. Since it was a revision surgery, they took a CT first and I liked that they explained things in detail while looking at the images, and I also liked that they kept trying to communicate with the patient to see if there were any questions. They said it is common not to use nose packing or a splint, and I also liked that they only use autologous cartilage (they said that unlike other hospitals, septal cartilage can be reused because it is autologous cartilage). Aftercare is swelling laser! I am a little worried that the doctor personally does the sedation anesthesia, but they said there have been no medical accidents in 20 years, so I want to trust them. About 5 years ago, when I consulted about my first surgery, I thought they felt blunt? cold? and it was too expensive, so I passed. I do feel a bit regretful thinking maybe if I had done my first surgery here, it would have gone well, but I hope this surgery goes well!
