I consulted because I trusted a private hospital with 20 years of experience and no accidents. I had the consultation on the weekend, and the process went CT scan, manager consultation, doctor consultation, and then manager consultation again. The consultation was basically a Q&A based on the questions I had written down. It felt a little too much of a stretch to feel confident enough to book surgery.
