There was no consultation fee, and I had consultations in the order of manager, director, then manager again. I waited a bit longer than my appointment time. The manager was really kind, and that left a strong impression on me. The manager drew out the line for me at the start, and I liked that. I was recommended natural adhesion, and when I asked the director about side effects, they explained everything kindly, which was nice.
