Elsewhere they also recommended fat grafting, but this was the only place that recommended only under-eye fat repositioning. They did not mention fat grafting even once. Honestly I do not know whether that is good or bad. It seems like they mainly do eye surgeries, and from the reviews they seem to have more double-eyelid revision and eye revision cases than under-eye fat repositioning cases.
