The consultation manager who handles the consultation is kind, but the director is extremely blunt. Some people on the review posts said this made them feel professionalism, but right before surgery they just poked my eye once and then… I went for a rear canthoplasty and they recommended a brow lift, so I got both, but both the rear canthoplasty and the brow lift were a disaster.
