The consultation manager who handles the consultation is kind, but the director is extremely blunt. Some people on the review posts said this made them feel professionalism, but right before surgery they just poked my eye once and then laid me down on the operating table. They were so quiet that I asked how the process would go, but they just said it was double eyelid surgery and eye correction lol as if they thought I was stupid.. I expected professional answers, like how many millimeters they would operate, how much fat they would remove, and so on, but nothing at all.. When it came to handling various issues after surgery, they reacted bluntly again.. so what do you want us to do about it? That kind of reaction? It wasn't like they were practicing on my eye or anything... like, the surgery done now is fine, and if I don't like it they can fix it? They didn't seem to consider how a person feels when lying on the operating table.. sigh... It wasn't even that something went wrong, I just felt terrible from the start.
