1 year of aftercare. Anesthesia fee included. 120,000. I had a 1 PM appointment, but they said lunch time was from 12 to 1. I do not know whether the director was eating late or had just finished surgery, but I waited forever. Since lunch was until 1, the consultations were probably not backed up. I waited 40 minutes, then got 3 minutes of consultation with the director. They also drew the line twice for me. They say they design it when you do it, but they should show it to me now. Only then would I know that this person understands what shape suits my eyes. I would know what kind of line I would get if I went with this person. Not knowing that was frustrating and annoying. I did not understand why I came for a consultation. If the hospital is already chosen and you are just checking the eye design, why even consult? And there was no explanation about my eyes. They seemed to have insufficient understanding of my eyes, so who would leave my eyes to them? I have consulted at many other places, so I know what kind of eyes I have, but it felt like I knew better than they did.. it was really bad. The consultation manager was also unfriendly. It felt like they were acting superior.
