I had a rear canthoplasty and the scar was bad at first. As time passed it got better, but I never expected to end up with a scar like that. I also have a scar on one eye from the lower canthoplasty. After surgery, I feel awkward when I smile. It is better than at first, but I can never smile like before. Don't do canthoplasty carelessly
