What I liked first was that the director consulted me directly instead of the coordinator. Not exactly friendly, but the style was to say clearly that what cannot be done cannot be done? They did not push any other procedure, and at least it seemed like I would not get side effects, so I had surgery here. The result is a naturally widened look, but there is a bit of scarring... If you like something flashy or very widened, I do not recommend it; if you want something natural and free of side effects, I recommend it.
