The director is exactly what you'd expect from a plastic surgeon. Experiences will differ by person, but they are modestly kind and the type who listens to complaints, so if there are side effects or dissatisfaction, they won't just pretend not to know like those rude hospitals. Busan Seomyeon is a small market compared with Seoul, so if a place survives for more than a few years, that means it handles side effects well. There is no hospital without side effects; it varies by patient. How could there be no side effects or complaints? ... But I think a hospital's image is decided by how well it handles follow-up care after the fact. The consultation coordinator is just the poker-face type. The front desk staff are kind and watch recovery well.
