I had nose surgery with ear cartilage and silicone. The price was reasonable, and I had heard a lot about the director's reputation before going. But after a few years, the nose tip supported by the ear cartilage seemed to drop a little, so I went back, and the director did the revision surgery right away, so I'm satisfied now.
