I had an appointment for 1 o'clock, arrived before 1, waited 30 minutes, and then had the consultation. The doctor was in surgery, so I figured that was understandable. Interestingly, I met with the doctor first and then went into the consultation room for the consultation. The doctor told me to take the chart out with me. Anyway, the manager in the consultation room was kind, the consultation went well, and there were quite a few customers waiting.
