My friend had surgery here and it seemed to turn out well, so I went for a consultation, but because of my situation I couldn't see the doctor and ended up consulting with the director instead. When I first entered the clinic, the atmosphere was a little chaotic, and honestly the consultation with the director was disappointing. It felt very mechanical, like she was reciting the surgery manual line by line, and when I asked where the incision line would be, without saying anything she just drew a person's nose with a pencil. It was not a pleasant consultation.
