I didn't get a consultation, so I don't know whether the doctor was kind or not. The head coordinator was kind, there was no pushy sales, and the procedure was very cheap. I went for underarm hair removal and ended up paying for lip hair removal too because it was so cheap. The second time I went, there was almost no wait and I could just get the hair removal done right away. The staff were kind. It's a good place to go when you want something cheap, but don't expect much in terms of the doctor's expertise or consultation.... I'll probably go back only for hair removal or other simple procedures. I plan to go again for the remaining hair removal.
