First of all, when I went for the initial consultation, I met with the consultation manager. Even when I showed photos and explained, they kept saying, "Doesn't look like it?" "Not similar, is it?" in that kind of way, which made me annoyed to talk. And it seems the price is decided according to the consultation manager's discretion. Still, after talking to the doctor who would actually do the surgery, I thought maybe it would be fine to do it roughly, so I had nose beam, nostril floor lifting, and nostril wing lifting done, but it is still a bit early and I feel like it may have failed. I will add more later depending on how time passes
