Just terrible. This is the first time I have seen staff this rude. It feels like they cannot have a conversation unless they are being sarcastic or mocking you. The wait was also very long. The doctor is somewhat close to kind, but speaks extremely fast, and rather than asking what I was worried about and catching what I wanted, he just rattled off the surgeries that could be done. I asked a few questions and was told, "We talked for too long." The whole hospital is just a complete mess. I was told I would hear the estimate later, but I never did, so I do not really know.
