I wrote the whole post and it got lost,, I went without making an appointment, but luckily I could consult with the chief director. Before going in, they took a photo and printed it out, and when I actually had the consultation, it felt like we were looking at it together in real time. Director Lee was so kind that it felt like a family conversation lol, very gentle!!! Among all the hospitals I have consulted with so far, this was the nicest by far. The manager was kind too, and I don't think they do Photoshop. I want to think about it a little more after looking at the before-and-after photos. There was almost no pressure to pay a deposit, and overall it was good!
