I only had a consultation, but the forehead lines in the reviews were not the line I wanted, so I decided not to do it. But just looking at the consultation, the manager was kind and the staff were fine too. In the end I decided not to go ahead, but I think getting a consultation once wouldn’t be a bad idea~
