I was recommended partial fat grafting and buccal fat removal in addition to cheek liposuction. My face only really has a thick lower line, but they recommended unnecessary procedures, and the director focused more on my CT than on my face during the consultation. Overall it was a kind and not bad consultation, but my trust dropped when they said surgery at the event price was only possible if I booked on the same day. If they had just asked for a consultation fee, I would have paid right away, but it felt like being forced into it.
