I had Ulthera done, and the female surgeon, who seems to no longer be there now, did it very carefully. She even gave me a certificate of authenticity for the Ulthera, and the effect was not dramatic, but it was there. It hurt, but it was bearable, so I am planning to do it again. Recommended
