Everything else was fine, but the cancellation fee is 20%, which was a little disappointing. (This was a cancellation 3 to 4? days before surgery.) I was disappointed that the fee percentage was higher than other places, and it's been a week since I applied to cancel, but I still haven't gotten my deposit back, so I have contacted them.
