First of all, when I went for the consultation, there were not that many people, and I had set a time, but the day before they contacted me to ask if I could come a bit earlier. The director consultation was helpful because she explained many things kindly, but the manager consultation was not that great. Still, there was no pressure to book surgery that day, and they told me to go consult several other places and think it over, so it was not bad. The surgery method here was different from the other hospitals, so because of that I think I would choose another hospital.
