The doctor’s consultation was fine, but after that the manager’s attitude was really bad. She spoke vaguely, and even when I asked questions, she answered in such a half-hearted way. She also made a comment that felt unpleasant? I wish they had taken a CT scan for me, but requiring me to decide on surgery before taking one was not great. It would be even better if they could look at my nose in person during the consultation instead of only using nose photos.
